Colfax Rock honors return and exchange requests within 7 business days of shipment receipt, and only for fit issues and defective items. Please notify us of these issues at merch@2xxp.com
Items must be in new and unworn/unwashed condition, with original packaging, to be eligible for return and exchange.
Refunds are not available for products after 7 business days.
Generally speaking, sale items, limited editions, and pre-order items do not qualify for return or refund, due to their limited stock. Exchange items are not guaranteed to be in-stock.
